Generation Z has the ability to think quickly and analytically. However, their ability to use these skills is individualistic and they do not want to work in a team. Their self-confidence is high and the idea that their parents look at them differently increases this self-confidence.

They also really like their freedom and independence. There is nothing they cannot achieve themselves. Give importance to individualism more than socialization. The rules are not binding on them. Many want to make their way, rather than follow in the footsteps of their families or relatives. The work they do for a living is just a dull moment for them during the day. Effort and devotion are not for Gen Z. Because they can access information very quickly thanks to technology, they are used to living fast. For this reason, they can get bored very quickly and give up.

Generation Z is also considered the generation with the highest rate of psychological depression because family members feel inadequate for their children.

According to a 2020 study, 47 percent of Gen Z feel lonely or left out, and 27 percent feel that other people don’t understand them. Experts say that Generation Z’s future anxiety and stress levels are higher compared to other generations.

GENERATION X

Generation X or Generation X is a basic generational classification that includes people born between 1965 and 1980. According to this classification, individuals born between these years have strong and common points.

According to data from the United States Census Bureau, in 2019, 65.2 million people of Generation X live in the United States.

GENERATION YI

Generation Y is a group that follows Generation X, also known as Generation Y (or simply Millennials) and precedes Generation Z. People born between 1981 and 1996 are literally millennials. Researchers and the media also cite this group as people born in the period from the early 1980s to the mid-1990s or early 2000s.

This generation is generally known for coinciding with the prevalence of the internet, mobile devices, and social media and for their familiarity with these events. This is why they are sometimes called digital natives. The 2008-2012 global economic crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic had a major impact on this generation and historically have caused high rates of unemployment among young people. In most of the world, this generation grew up with liberal policies that increased in politics and economics.

ALPHA BELT

Generation Alpha is the last generation in the world after Generation Z. Researchers and the media decided the start date in 2012. Generation Alpha is the only generational group with all members born in the third millennium and the 21st century.

Members of Generation Alpha are generally children of members of Generation Y. They are generally known as introverted individuals who spend time with up-to-date technological devices rather than toys or traditional media. Currently the oldest individual is 8 years old and the youngest was born a few seconds ago.
